Welcome to Village on a Detox!

I created Village on a Detox to spread information about how to gently support your liver and safely detox. My goal is to get a group of health enthusiasts doing the cleanse together so that we can support each other on this journey toward better health!

The components of this 14 day detox plan include:
1) Diet
2) Hydration
3) Gentle exercise
4) Time spent outdoors
5) Medicinal foods
6) Hydrotherapy
7) Journaling
8) Optional Naturopathic Support

If you feel that 14 days is too much or too little, feel free to adjust the length of time accordingly. I would not reccomend doing less than 7 days of cleansing.

How to Join

This program is free of charge. All you have to do is join the Facebook Group and fill out the sign up form to receive a password that gives you access to the detox program. Don't have a Facebook account? You will miss out on most of the social support and updates from this detox! However, if there is enough interest, I'll create a forum on this website.
